My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms offered a good amount of space and were nicely furnished and clean, although they didn’t have any view to speak of. The service was excellent, with staff showing professionalism and friendliness at all levels. However, I did encounter a serious issue upon check-in, although it was resolved quickly. While the dining was decent in quality and variety, it could've been better, despite the amazing valet service. Overall, the value for money was reasonable, but there are certainly areas for improvement.
